Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator - $29 to $37/hr DOE + Bonuses!

Our friendly, quality oriented, state-of-the-art modern specialty dental office in the heart of the Silicon Valley, in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a true professional experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to sign and deliver medically necessary dental treatment. Qualified candidate must be comfortable creating value for our medically necessary oral surgery services, comfortable talking about money and explaining advanced treatment and have experience working in a fee for service dental practice. We are a known, quality practice of Board Certified Diplomate Periodontists who only provide successful outstanding treatment.
Our practice does a lot of full mouth reconstruction utilizing Specialists and restorative referring practices to offer the best outcomes for our patients. You will be proud, of our outcomes. Hundreds of positive reviews and happy established patients. You must feel comfortable presenting large ($20,000+) cases, collecting and scheduling the follow up and follow through of there cases, so excellent digital reminders, Google Docs, technology skills to help deliver only the best experience for our patients.
To be considered for this role please have:
-A proven track record of Case Acceptance
-Ability to be flexible with the patients needs, kindness in a service oriented establishment, and guide them to avoid an emergency room visit in the future.
-Comfortable with presenting and answering questions across multiple dental treatments, dental implants and Periodontal specialties.
Be caring and responsible with excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
DSN, Google Docs, MS Word, tech knowledge is a plus!
Compensation - Bonus - Incentives - Paid Holidays - PTO - Health package of Vision Dental - IN HOUSE BOTOX, free to our full time team, plus $1200 in house SPEND on any of our treatments, for you friends family partner spouse.
Alternative work schedule allows you to work up to 9.5 hours a day, depart early on Fridays and still have a 39 hour week.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9-6pm, Thursday, 9-6pm Friday, can depart early.
