The Caregiver (MCP) will provide non-medical companionship care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from outings and appointments. Document completion of tasks, and promptly communicate changes in client’s physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior.
