The Caregiver (MCP) will provide non-medical companionship care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from outings and appointments. Document completion of tasks, and promptly communicate changes in client’s physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experienceDementia care experience a plusAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsValid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insuranceCaregivers must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from workAbility to pass a background checkProof of eligibility to work in the U.S. In accordance with Article 2 of the California Health and Safety Code - California Community Care Facilities Act, TheKey requires timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification of applicants as a condition of employment.
