Marin Meridian Care is a new Home Care Organization opening soon in Marin. We’re building a small, reliable team of experienced caregivers for clients with dementia, memory care needs, and behavioral symptoms (e.g., confusion, agitation, wandering).
Pay & Benefits:
$30–$32/hr based on experience
Mileage support for 10+ mile commutes + IRS rate for on-shift mileage
Predictable schedules (clustered clients, consistent shifts)

Specialty training modules in dementia & behavioral support
Requirements:
1+ year experience with dementia/memory care or clients who have behavioral symptoms
Calm, reliable, compassionate; strong communication with families
Pass LiveScan & register as a CA Home Care Aide (we assist)
