We are seeking a front desk medical receptionist who excels in customer service. This candidate should have the ability to multi-task, and be energetic about growing their skills in a patient-focused medical environment. We seek a person with experience in a medical office and will continue to train the right candidate for assisting patients with optical needs and surgery scheduling. This is a practice where you can continue to improve, take on new challenges, and make a positive impact on the experience our patients have. Excellent typing / data entry skills strongly encouraged. Job duties / requirements include:
greeting and checking in patients,
scheduling and confirming appointments,
management of insurance authorizations and co-payments,
inventory management,
exam room set up/close down,
helping the physician where needed
proficiency in computers, typing skill
medical office experience
