Cheshire Cat Clinic in Glenview is looking to hire a CSR. This position can be either part time or full time. We are a very small clinic with a current team of 4 people. The clinic is open every week from Mon-Fri and our shifts are always 8:45am-5pm. We are really looking for someone who is able to multitask quite a bit. Due to us being such a small clinic we all end up doing a little bit of everything. Our team is very tight knit and we serve a fairly small neighborhood. Responsibilities:
-Answering the phone
-Checking emails and our texting system
-Scheduling all appointments and procedures
-Filling prescriptions in person, over the phone and online
-Assisting the doctor as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years experience in the veterinary field
- 2+ years experience in customer service
- Computer skills are a huge plus
