As a Front Desk Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and coordinating treatment plans. Your excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach will help create a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the calendar for optimal patient flow.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and financial options.
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure smooth treatment process.
- Process patient payments, manage insurance claims and assist with insurance claim posting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
- Handle phone inquiries and respond to text and emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is a plus.
Our office is open Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5pm with Occasional Friday's from 6:30am -2pm
