We are a fast-paced pediatric/orthodontic specialty dental practice seeking a friendly front-office scheduling/patient coordinator. Practice is open M-F, no weekends.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:
- Spanish bilingual (strongly preferred)
- excellent communication ability and phone etiquette
- strong customer service skills
- detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- prior relevant work experience
Common duties include:
- verifying patient insurance coverage and assisting with insurance claims processing
- money handling
- maintaining patient records
- Scheduling appointments
Full-time (40 hrs) or part-time (32 hrs) available. Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits available for full-time (PTO, sick, 401k, health insurance).
