Thank you for your interest in our Registered Dental Assistant OR Dental Assistant position. We are looking to add a team member to our amazing staff. The duties of our dental assistants will include being able to start the day and prep accordingly for what we have scheduled. Digital X-rays taken must be of consistent and good diagnosable quality. As an assistant you must be able to establish a connection with our patients showing compassion and enthusiasm to contribute to the team vision of improving oral health in our community. Your role is critical in bridging the relationship of the patient to the office. We are looking for the right candidate with the willingness to learn and further develop the skills necessary to become self-independent when working at the dental office. It is encouraged to apply even if your experience and knowledge base is still growing.
Proof of having attended a dental assistant program (for DA consideration) and proof of having passed the registered dental assistant test with up-to-date credentials are required (for RDA consideration). If you are a dental assistant and would like to become a registered dental assistant, we will help you achieve your goal of becoming a registered dental assistant.
Ultimately, our dental assistant or registered dental assistant must be able to work effectively with the team and support each other.
The days of employment will be full time from Tuesday to Saturday. It is mandatory that we have our members start promptly at 7:50 am to prep the rooms and be ready for the first patient at 8 am. Our last patient should be checking out about 5pm on weekdays and the day ends when the back office is ready for the next day and any new lab cases have been sent out. On
Saturday we work from 8am - 3pm. Weekdays include an hour lunch and 30 minute lunch break on Saturdays. Our office culture is to work hard and to have fun at the same time.
We have two locations that are only 7 minutes from each other. Depending on the need we may have you working at either location. Our patients are multi-cultural from all over the world and we see patients of all ages since we establish ourselves as a family-friendly practice.

COVID-19 considerations:
We offer free PPE to all team members with washable gowns, gloves, N95 masks with surgical masks, face shields. All operatories are equipped with air purifiers. We are detailed with our infection control protocols after every patient.
