FT Intake / Service Coordinator. Need to be a RN, LVN or CNA with experience with seniors. This FT (Fulltime) position is Monday through Friday for our Home Care Agency located in Santa Rosa. Responsible for taking all calls inquiring about our services, explaining our services, assisting them with other resources and setting up appointments for our Agency to meet with them.
Must be a people person with great communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented and have good computer skills. Must be organized with excellent time management. Agency is nurse owned and managed by a clinical team.
Previous marketing and sales experience a plus (this is in office position marketing our services); home care experience helpful as well as some medical background.
