Hi,
I already own a care home. It's a level 4i ARF (Adult Residential Facility), which is wrapping up its vendorization process with the regional center.
This ad is about my 2nd house, which I currently live in. Everyone told me it's ideal for being a new RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly) as it's beautiful and is located in the most luxurious and safest neighborhood of Brentwood city. It's one story with sprinklers, 4-6 bedrooms, 3000 sqft, 1/3 acre land, built in 2011.
The RCFE licensing process should take about 4 months. I will need to continue living here until we get clients to move in.
