FUNNY Adult male with muscular dystrophy seeking caregivers.
Newly released from hospital. It is a plus if you have worked with a patient using a ventilator and feeding tube. All shifts include toilet activities (client has ostomy) and administration of multiple medications via a G-Tube. However, we do train caregivers for the specific care of this patient.
SHIFTS (CAN BE FLEXIBLE WITH RIGHT PERSON)
Monday ------8AM-12PM
Tuesday ------8AM-12PM
Wednesday--- 8AM-12PM
Thursday -----8AM-12PM
Friday --------8AM-12PM
OTHER SHIFTS WILL COME AVAILABLE:
Prefer applicants who are approved with IHSS. If not approved, you must be willing to obtain IHSS designation.
Compensation from IHSS is $12.46 per hour. We offer bonus to increase income to $15.

You don't need to be a body builder, but you must be strong and agile enough to help with positioning and transfer (client weighs ~130 lbs., References, honesty, intelligence, attention to detail, reliability, sense of humor, willingness to learn and unflappability all musts. Students welcome.
