Immediate opening for a motivated, self-starter Lead Registered Dental Assistant for our growing kids and young adults practice. Professional attitude, strong communication skills and work-ethic are a must. As part of our clinical team, you will lead one of our 2 DA/RDAs teams and work directly with the associate dentist to provide best of class care for our patients. Requirements
2+ years experience leading and training teams of DA / RDAs to meet daily clinical goals
Experience working with leadership team to translate business metrics to clinical clinical team goals and priorities.
Able to work and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented, professional environment
Positive "Can Do" attitude with good chair-side manner, team player and committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care.
RDA license with current IC and BLS certificates
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail is a must
Bilingual, Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
MS Office and Open Dental practice management software experience is a plus
