The beautiful garden community of Oakwood, the home o f an international congregation of nuns is seeking a full-time (PM shift) licensed vocational nurse with a minimum of two years experience, including CNA supervision and medication administration. This position requires a person-centered care approach, dedication to working with the elderly (including those with dementia), the ability to be a strong team player, to react decisively in emergency situations. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, hard-working and willing to work on a flexible schedule.
Job Requirements:
A current LVN license
2 + years LVN experience within a senior living setting, or the equivalent
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
Ability to clear DOJ fingerprinting requirements
Candidate MUST be able to work all shift (when needed)
