Medical Assistant
This position is one of the most important positions in our office and the first point where contact is made personally or by telephone with patients. We are an integrative medical office that specializes in Vitamin Therapies, Weight Loss, Male Hormone Replacement and Chiropractic.
We love helping our patients and need someone who will be as excited as we are. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be friendly, have a professional appearance and manner and work well with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Patient traffic flow in the office
- Take medical histories, records vital signs, weight and measurements
- Prepare Treatment Rooms
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
- Explain treatment procedures to patients
- Prepare patients for examination
- Administer injectable medications
- Prepare IV’s
- Maintain Patient traffic flow in the office
- Build Patient Relationships
- Update Patient Records using ER software
- Answer Phones & Schedule Appointments
- General Admin Duties
- Explain treatment procedures to patients
- Maintains a clean, safe, orderly environment
Qualifications:
- Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience with blood draws, processing lab orders, giving injections
- Experience in a customer service role
- Energetic and comfortable promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Self-directed, punctual, organized and dependable
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize tasks
