We are looking for friendly, hard-working, intelligent Medical Assistants for two locations of our Ophthalmology practice utilizing eClinicalWorks EHR.
Ophthalmology, Optometry, or eClinicalWorks experience is not required, however must have at least one year of verifiable MA experience.
Tasks include preparing patients for examination (history and initial testing), performing diagnostic tests as required by doctor (visual field, topography, OCT, etc). For the right candidate we are willing to teach the specifics of ophthalmology.

2. Ability and desire to learn new information and skills
3. Compassionate and friendly with a strong sense of patient service
4. Well-organized with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work as a team member, but also with autonomous initiative.
6. Expert user of COMPUTERS, since we are using Electronic Health Records only.
