Job Summary: Greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner, register new patients in the PM software, collect co-payments, check patients in through both PM and EMR, triage/watch patient flow, schedule appointments, submit prescription refills and obtain prior authorizations, faxing, scanning, batch and balance all self collected daily payments, answer phone calls.
