We are looking for a talented, motivated healthcare provider who is looking to work in a group practice setting.
Using the tools provided by the practice, and your own innate skills as a provider.
Setting: Unfold Psychology is a concierge mental health provider. Our mission is to provide the highest quality level of care to the individuals and families who have put their faith and trust in us to support their identified goals/purpose.
Goals: Our clinicians provide treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families, utilizing a wide variety of intervention methodologies and a diverse number and quality of treatment modalities. We encourage our clinicians to consider a patient as being both part of a family and an individual.

Seeking: Talented and committed providers. Must have a CA license and be a mental health counselor, social worker, psychologist (LMFT, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD) to focus on providing therapy to motivated clients.

The ideal candidate has a wide range of experience working therapeutically with children, teens, and families. The applicant must share our commitment to flexible, innovative treatment approaches. Our patients come to us for a reason - whether it be to request an assessment for ADHD or treatment for a multifaceted mentally ill youth, our duty is to always provide the highest level of care.
Work Hours: The minimum commitment needed for this position is to be able to adjust schedule as needed to meet clients' needs, to meet with clients up until 8 pm., and be willing to speak with/meet with patients on the weekend.

A dedicated referral network where you can ensure your patients will not have to wait weeks or months to see another clinician (a neuropsychologist, neurologist etc.), we have the connections in place so we can facilitate our clients typically within a few days!
Deposition Hourly Fee: 500 dollars an hour for any depositions you may be asked to particulate in. We create contracts for you.
Court Fee: 2,000for the morning, 2,000 for the afternoons (total of 4,000 billed on your behalf and given to you should you be asked/want to participate in any courtroom work.) for morning and afternoon appearance.
We encourage our clinicians to begin/create their own specialized “division” within the business.
Example: if you are passionate about chronic pain survivors, or trauma-based therapy, we encourage you to champion your own department within Unfold Psychology.
If you feel your department would benefit from greater staff, we will help you advertise and seek out additional clinical support (dependent on the need - when the client load becomes greater than you can manage, or if you needed greater administrative support - we would look at the profit ratio and make a decision about investing more into what you're passionate about (please inquire more about this if you are offered an interview.)
OFFER:
Hourly compensation: depending on your degree, you can earn between $85 and $140 per billable hours.
Any documents you prepare for your clients, you will receive 75 dollars as a flat fee.
Any Group Therapy you create, the business will take the collective fee and split the total amount collected (you have 8 members, each paying 150 dollars, 1200/2 = 600 (for example, for a 60–90-minute single group session
We are a concierge Practice, so we want all of our clinicians to WANT to engage with their patients outside of therapy, should the necessity exist (nothing that would violate or impinge on any clinicians' private time.) Patients are entitled to roughly 30 minutes of conversation outside of ‘therapy,’ beyond this, any hours are billed at 300$/hour. (This is 30 minutes throughout the week, not 30 minutes off of a therapy billable hour.
