Modern Health/Wellness Office Treatment Coordinator/Medical Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and personable Medical/Health Treatment Coordinator/Assistant to join our team. We primarily treat patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and TMJ issues such as headaches, migraines, jaw pain, neck/shoulder pain and ringing in the ears with vertigo, etc. We utilize laser, PRF, tensing, orthotic and sleep oral appliances along with high tech diagnostic equipments such as CBCT and intramural scanners. TheTreatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in our practice by assisting patients in understanding and accepting treatment plans while ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to effectively deliver treatment plans to patients. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with our dental team to coordinate appointments, discuss treatment options, and provide financial arrangements to patients. Understanding with medical background with prior customer service experience and able to draw blood for PRF will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Engage with patients to discuss treatment options and answer any questions or concerns they may have.

Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner, emphasizing the benefits and importance of recommended procedures.

Collaborate with dentists and other team members to create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up procedures to ensure timely and efficient treatment delivery.

Provide financial arrangements and payment options to patients, including bonuses based on sales achievements.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans and financial transactions.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries.

Must Have:

Previous experience working in a health related service is a MUST with experience in sleep and TMJ will be preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
