Do you love animals and people in equal measure? We’re a small, family-style veterinary practice looking for an additional warm, dependable, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team. We serve every patient and client with respect, integrity and compassion. Our team works diligently to improve the quality of life for every pet and every pet’s family.
As a Client Services Representative, you are the voice of the clinic and often the first person they see when they walk in. It is important that you show clients that they are speaking with someone who has their pet’s best interest in mind.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome clients and their pets with genuine care and kindness
Be a key part of creating a calm, compassionate environment for pets and their families
Manage phones, scheduling, and client communications
Support the veterinary team by coordinating appointments, estimates, and follow-ups
Handle payments and medical records with accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Team-player attitude with flexibility to help where needed
Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person
Comfort with computers and scheduling software
