Established LASIK and Cataract eye surgery practice in San Francisco seeks an individual to consult with new patients seeking surgery. You must have excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time salaried position. You will be responsible for promoting and educating patients about our services, answering questions about LASIK & Cataract surgery. Training will be a part of this, and we will be willing to train the right candidate in the realm of becoming an Ophthalmic Technician and assisting the doctors with laser vision correction procedures. The position requires a educated, mature professional skilled in patient care and business development. This requires a no-nonsense, no-drama personality where you must have the ability to keenly understand and support a patient in their transition from inquiring about a procedure to having surgery. Marketing experience is beneficial. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail and task completion, an awareness of process, and be very mindful and sensitive when dealing with patients. You must possess communication skills in person, writing, and over the phone.
