We are a vibrant and fast paced orthodontic office in the Nob Hill area of San Francisco that is seeking a dental assistant/RDA to join our team. This role provides assistance to the orthodontist and dental team to ensure an efficient and positive experience for our patients during their visit. Previous dental assisting preferred but not necessary. WE WILL TRAIN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Seating and greeting patients
Pouring models for appliances/retainers
Untying and retying braces
Assisting with bonding, debonding, wire changes, placing brackets, and Invisalign
Preparing treatment rooms for patient care
Sterilizing and setting up dental instruments and equipment
Maintaining cleanliness in operatory and keeping supplies stocked
Preparing patients for treatment procedures
Educating patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
Adhering to health & safety regulations

Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Hours and Salary:
We are offering a full-time position from 32-40 hours per week. The exact schedule and number of hours will be discussed during the interview process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are seeking a rewarding career in the dental field. Compensation ranges between $20 to $30 hourly, based on experience.
