Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare for, and conduct patient consultations alongside the orthodontist
- Present treatment plans and financial options to parents
- Monitor and track all uncommitted treatment plans and following up with patients in a timely manner
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
