Part-time position assisting a wheelchair user with his everyday activities. Responsibilities include administering medication on time, preparing a light meal, help with shopping , provide necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment, and assist with hygiene and personal bathroom needs.
Position includes driving a wheelchair-adapted van to local destinations: movies, theater, sporting events (Golden State Warriors & SF Giants), live music, and concerts. Familiarity with a computer and social media are highly desired.
Requirements and skills of the assistant include a committment to health and safety, and ability to complete light housework. Assistant should be well-organized and reliable, with excellent communication and people skills.
