Overview of Position:
This is a full time physical therapy assistant position. This position also requires a dedication to personal and professional growth, healing culture, and building connected relationships with patients to get them better.
Our providers are Integrative Physical therapy experts who execute exclusive Turtle Rabbit PT Protocols To Help Find, Resolve, and Evolve the root cause of the pain.
Turtle Rabbit was started by Karuna Patel, PT, a leading-edge pioneer in integrative physical therapy. She is a TEDMed Scholar for recognition in her work in integrative physical therapy

8. We are an Out Of Network Provider so client care can be custom to their individual needs not what insurance would allow!
So Now That Your A Bit More Interested We Can Get Into The Available Position
Your 20-40 hours per week will be scheduled between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Depending on the schedule we also work alternating Saturdays.
Hourly will be based on experience and will start once you’re independent in your case load.
Mentorship training will be required prior to starting your own case load. The length of the mentorship is dependent on years of experience and knowledge base.
To foster growth we do a weekly 1 on 1 meeting between you and the Founder as well as a quarterly team meeting to help support individual and group learning.
Requirements:
1. Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
2. Current California state license as Physical Therapy Assistant
3. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
4. Interest in Integrative Physical Therapy
5. Optimistic Mindset
6. Lifelong learner, eager for mentorship in the field of Integrative Physical Therapy
