Petaluma Family Therapy (PFT) is looking for licensed and pre-licensed MFT's or LCSW's to work in our group practice. Clinicians who would like a private-practice style setting while receiving support from our director and office staff will find this to be a great fit. Office space, referrals, online practice management software, insurance billing services, and consultation are provided. Clinicians are in charge of their own schedules and can expect to work approximately 10-20 hrs per week after building a case load.
PFT is a counseling center in Petaluma, California. Our Licensed and Pre-Licensed Therapists work with youth age 11 and older, adults, couples, and families. We are passionate about helping people through their struggles, and we believe that connection, exploration, and courage can change lives.

Requirements
Clinician must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a registered associate of either. Therapist must be able to work independently, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be experienced in brief intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, progress note charting, and crisis management.
Clinician is expected to commit to working with Petaluma Family Therapy for a minimum of one year.
Compensation
Therapists are paid a base hourly rate plus a generous percentage of the fees that they collect. Beautifully furnished office space, utilities, referrals, online practice management software, and consultation are provided.
Clinicians work in a fairly autonomous manner and are responsible for treatment planning and case-management of their own case load. The practice director is available to offer support, and as-needed consultation with other Petaluma Family Therapy clinicians offers the benefits of a team-oriented approach to treatment.
