General Dentistry office in San Leandro Seeking a hygienist (RDH) or a dentist willing to work a hygiene day.
Day needed: ideally WEDNESDAYS. (For the right candidate, we might be able to offer a Monday or Tuesday instead.)
Hours: 8-5pm (we break/close for lunch 1-2pm). You are expected to see 1 patient every hour.
Duties: Typical hygiene duties including prophy, perio maintenance and SRP, but there is no assistant dedicated to helping with breakdown/set-up of your room so you are expected to do this on your own for your operatory including putting instruments through sterilization.

A typical working day will include just you (for one hygiene schedule column), the main owner doctor, the full time RDA assistant, and the full time front office manager. Ideal candidate is someone who is a team player. We are seeking someone who enjoys what they do, is caring, and would be a great communicator. Newly grads are welcome if you are open to feedback and learning as you go, as long as you posess a friendly attitude and good work ethic.
