Durable medical equipment company servicing Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey counties. We are looking to hire a receptionist / patient coordinator for our office. Ideally, we would like a bi-lingual (Spanish/English), dependable, detailed oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, good attitude and ability to work within a team.
Candidates should be computer literate, efficient and accurate. This is a full time position Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
Duties include but not limited to:
Patient Intake
Patient Scheduling
Patient Follow-ups
Patient Order Creation
Insurance Authorization requests and tracking
Use software to manage patient records and files; uphold confidentiality as required by HIPAA
General administrative assistance (other duties as assigned)
