seeking a dynamic and motivated RDA or RDAEF2 to assist in creating beautiful smiles! Our office takes

RDAEF2: $40-$50/hourly depending on experience
RDA: $30-$40/hourly depending on experience
$500 Sign On Bonus with ½ paid out after 3 months of consecutive employment and the other ½
after 6 months of consecutive employment.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:45am – 5:00pm | Occasional Fridays
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Chairside assisting.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment and operatory.
Performing digital X-rays.
Room and tray set ups.
Fabricating temporary crowns and bridges.
Alginate impressions and pouring models.
Try in and adjust permanent crowns prior to final cementation.
Treatment planning, charting and documentation.
Communicate effectively with team and patients.
Ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA.
Stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed.
Other job-related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
Current California RDA license or RDAEF2 license.
3+ years of General practice dental assisting required.
Working knowledge of dental equipment and terminology, OSHA and safety compliance.
X-ray certification required.
Dental computer software experience. (Oryx experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication skills.
