Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

About the Practice:
We are a well-established, patient-focused general dentistry practice in Mill Valley. Our goal is to provide exceptional dental care in a comfortable and professional environment. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Details:
Schedule: Part-time — preferred days are Monday and Wednesday, with flexibility for Thursday or Friday
Compensation: $70–$80 per hour, depending on experience
Patient Schedule: 8 patients per day
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate documentation in patient charts
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Proficiency in Dentrix software is preferred
