Hourly Pay: $52–$64/hour (commensurate with experience)

Location: San Jose, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Day Shifts

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our busy outpatient clinic, where you’ll work with a passionate, low-turnover team using the latest medical equipment and electronic health records (EHR).

This is a full-time, weekday-only position — no nights, weekends, or on-call — in a single-location clinic with a steady flow of 15–20 patients per day.

This position qualifies for student loan forgiveness under the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $52–$64/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Triage incoming patient calls and walk-ins

Administer vaccines (pediatric and adult), perform point-of-care tests, wound care, venipuncture, and emergency triage

Review and track lab results, collaborate with providers to address abnormal findings

Support employee onboarding with TB testing and vaccine administration

Assist in community health events, managing ancillary staff and nursing students

Participate in staff training, education development, and competency evaluations

Contribute to integrated care coordination across departments

Maintain cold chain compliance when transporting vaccines

Help develop patient education materials and documentation guides

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the State of California (required)

BSN preferred, or equivalent nursing education and training

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a primary care setting

CPR certification required

ACLS and PALS certifications preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic setting
