We are looking for another RN to join our clinical team at our Santa Rosa Home Care Agency now. This is a 20 hr / week position 8:30-5:30 as a Clinical Care Coordinator for a non Medicare Agency. This is job share with another nurse on our team, supervising our home care aides, opening new cases and providing Case Management service.
Our clients are located in Sonoma County only. This is not a remote position. NEW GRADs welcome - we will mentor and teach you. Full benefit package offered which includes mileage, health, dental, PTO and Company credit card for expenses.
