Key Responsibilities:
- Become the face and the voice of our office by greeting, scheduling, and checking patients into and out of the office with a smile.
- Foster long-term relationships with our patients, creating a welcoming and caring environment.
- Collaborate with our dental team, labs and referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize Dentrix efficiently to generate treatment plans, estimates, insurance preauthorizations and reminders.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of our patients to set the dental providers up for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a dental office
- Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude.
