We are seeking caring and dependable assistance for our partially verbal autistic son in Palo Alto. We need someone with experience working one-on-one with individuals with autism.
Responsibilities include helping care for our son between 9 AM and 2 PM, engaging in learning activities, promoting physical exercise, and providing companionship.
This role is in a private residence and requires emotional intelligence, patience, and adaptability.
Preferred qualifications include a background in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or related fields, as well as strong communication, problem-solving, and reliability skills.
