You must possess top-notch communication and customer service skills. Our office is innovative and fast paced. You must be prepared to multitask and pay close attention to detail! This person must be a hard-working, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Summary Duties:

- Assists the doctor by passing instruments, aspirating intra-oral fluids.

- Provides customer service support to patients by escorting them to and from the treatment room and prepping them for care by the doctor.

- Prepares all treatment rooms including, but not limited to, set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning and restocking.

- Maintains cleanliness of the lab and sterilizing area.

- Reviews patient’s medical history and progress notes from the previous visit if applicable.

Requirements:

- BLS/ACLS/OMSA and X-ray license is a plus but if you don’t have it, we can help you achieve it.

- Prior customer service experience (dental or medical experience is a plus!)

- Strong written & verbal communication skills - Able to work under stress.

- Proven ability to build relationships with people; must be service oriented

- An optimistic personality that sees opportunities, not just problems.

- Excellent time management skills to meet goals and deadlines

- Ability to multi-task effectively; organized and dependable

- We are willing to train a motivated individual that meets the other requirements of the position.
