Role Overview:
We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about mental health, wellness, and patient-centric care to join our telemedicine team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health treatments, weight loss management, and/or hormone replacement therapy. This role involves delivering consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care through a secure online platform, offering flexible scheduling and work-from-home capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and understand patient health concerns via telehealth technologies.
Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on proactive medications like ketamine for mental health, weight management drugs, and HRT.
Prescribe medications and monitor their efficacy and safety, adjusting prescriptions as necessary.
Provide empathetic, transparent, and effective communication to educate patients on their health, treatment options, and preventive care practices.
Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to coordinate care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in telemedicine and relevant treatment areas.
Qualifications:
Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
Experience in prescribing and managing ketamine treatments, weight loss medications, and/or HRT is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for telehealth delivery.
Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
