Mysafespace Professional INC, San Francisco, CA seeks a brilliant and clinically- inclined fellow to join its team. In this role, you will work closely with patients to provide support and guidance in their life's journey. You will be responsible for implementing therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Provide individual/couples/Adult/Child (short term and long term) and group therapy sessions.
Conduct psychological testing and assessment.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with practice policies.
Stay informed about current practices in psychopharmacology to support clients effectively.
Requirement
Completed a master’s degree in psychology.
Has advanced to candidacy or completed a doctoral degree that qualifies for licensure.
Experience in behavioral health settings.
If not yet registered with the board, the associate will be offered the opportunity to be registered under and supervised by a licensed psychologist.
Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and mental health counseling techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in psychology.
