Hello! We are a friendly, well-established dental office in Napa located close to downtown. We are a quality-oriented dental office looking for a RDA/DA to do front office and back office work.
This position requires the ability to be flexible in front and back office skills and needs. It will mainly involve front office work such as scheduling patients, process payments and insurance, and to create a positive impression with our patients as they come and go.
Important qualities and qualifications for the position include, but not limited to:
-2+ years of RDA/DA experience
-Good attitude (we like to keep it positive around here!)
-Professionalism with patients in person, on the phone, and over text and email
-Organizational skills for a busy office
-Attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Good time-management
Competitive compensation, hourly pay will depend on experience.
Needed 3 days per week: Tuesdays-Thursdays 9am-3:30pm. Flexibility to cover on a Monday or Friday occasionally is a plus.
