Our Mill Valley store is seeking to fill a Part Time Bilingual Personnel (HR) Assistant. This position focuses on supporting the basic administrative duties of our dynamic Personnel Department and requires outgoing energy, excellent communication skills, strong aptitude for office administration & organization, and a love of people!

Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred. This position is Part Time, including one weekend day. Position will likely grow to Full Time.
Responsibilities
Create & maintain personnel files & database
Process New Hire on-boarding paperwork, including Form I-9
Track various employee related information, training records, Worker’s Compensation
Process employee forms
Assist staff with information or procedure
Qualifications
Previous basic HR experience or strong office administrative experience
Experience using databases – excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
Exceptional computer skills a must, Mac skills a plus
Emotional maturity, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Desire to provide excellent service to staff
Strong verbal communication skills, self-initiative, prioritization skills
Ability to take direction gracefully, partner well, be flexible, and contribute to a positive work environment
Must be aligned with or sincerely open to the organic food movement
