Those selected for next steps in our process will be contacted by a recruiter, we look forward to hearing from you!Job SummaryThe Practice Group Recruiter is an individual contributor responsible for full life cycle recruitment of top tier talent in the legal field. This individual must demonstrate strong ability to interact with internal/ external stakeholders to accomplish the firm's strategic objectives, and must be able to effectively analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and then efficiently execute recruiting strategies with a heightened sense of urgency. Essential FunctionsDevelops, facilitates, and implements all phases of full life cycle recruitment process ensuring attraction and hiring of top tier legal and professional talent.Demonstrates "agency" mindset of Talent Acquisition hunter while also providing high level of satisfaction with internal stakeholders.Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to inform / educate team members on recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.Sources candidates through proactive methods (passive candidates) as well as traditional methods (active candidates) to effectively present qualified candidates to the hiring team and manages the recruitment process keeping hiring team and candidates apprised of the status.Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates and ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Qualifications/Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.High sense of urgency that proactively moves the hiring process to completion.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with practice group heads, team members, lawyers, search firms and others.Understands laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Adept at Social Media and Boolean searches; ability to effectively network via technology.Experience working with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and social media recruiting.Strategic thinker able to design innovative, differentiating strategies to attract highly qualified candidates and market brand opportunities.Educational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in related discipline required.Minimum of 5 years relevant talent acquisition experience, identifying candidates to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.Legal industry knowledge is strongly preferred.Other Details:Duration: 6mos potentially or longer (there may be a possibility for this to be temp to perm)Pay Range: $70-$80/hour for a candidate who has an AmLaw recruiting background; without an AmLaw recruiting background the pay range would be $40-$50/hrLocation: This position will mostly be remote, but candidates must be driving distance to the office to go into the office when needed.
