What You'll Do:
Assist in lifting and installing auto glass (up to 100 pounds)
Drive to various job locations
Use basic tools for glass installation
Support experienced technicians in their daily tasks
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license - drive in van with a team member while training
Must live near San Leandro
High energy, Go Getter attitude
Mechanically inclined with basic tool knowledge
Strong physical ability to lift heavy materials
Ability to pass a drug test for illegal substances
Good communication skills and ability to work with customers
Hands-on training provided
Potential for growth into a high-paying journeyman position
