We are seeking a motivated Installer to join our team and contribute to high-quality bathroom remodeling projects. Our company is dedicated to delivering top-tier renovations with a focus on efficiency and precision.
This role requires reliable transportation to job sites (a car is sufficient; a truck is not required) and the flexibility to travel throughout the Bay Area and the Valley. The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to learn our processes and grow within our team.
Responsibilities:
-Assist Installers with bathroom installations, including demolition, framing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and finishing.
-Take lead and install various components of the bathroom to an excellent standard.
-Use basic hand and power tools to support various aspects of the remodeling process.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Follow instructions and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
-Have basic power tools, and hand tools. (Drill, Screw Gun, Circular Saw, Prybar, Hammer, etc)
-Willingness to learn—training will be provided for our installation process.
-Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor.
-Dependable transportation to job sites (car is acceptable).
Compensation:
- $160/day + Commission
