Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting both contractors and homeowners with their building materials needs. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Report directly to your manager and follow instructions
-Answer phone calls and communicate with customers professionally
-Assess customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff
-Assist with day-to-day sales and maintain strong relationships with regular customers
-Organize and maintain store inventory aisles twice a week
-Support the receiving and stocking of inventory
-Manage special orders and collaborate with vendors
What We’re Looking For:
-A self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering a positive customer experience
-Strong follow-through skills to build customer loyalty
-Previous experience in construction or hardware is a plus
-Willingness to learn our point of sale system (Paladin) and our stocked items

Once you’re proficient in your role, there will be opportunities for advancement into a sales position, including product training and mentorship from experienced staff.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position that may include Saturdays.
