Car wash in Fremont is seeking team members to join our growing location providing car wash and detailing services.
The person will be working on site at the car wash, greeting and interacting with customers in a kind and professional manner. Team Members will also have the responsibility of maintaining general housekeeping at the site, cashiering, guiding customers into the waiting areas and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Greets customers as they enter the location.
2. Maintains awareness of services provided and assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
3. Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
4. Perform vacuum and manual hand wash tasks. Perform detailing services (i.e. carpet shampoos in vehicles, wax services, detailing, etc.)
5. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
3. Strong verbal communication skills.
4. Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
5. Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
6. Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
7. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
8. Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
9. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
10. Person will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant
motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
11. Car wash t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hi vis vest will be provided to team members.
