Seeking a reliable team of 2 people with truck and tools to provide commercial landscape maintenance services for a large (20 acre) office property in Milpitas. This is a year-round opportunity on a fixed annual schedule. Work and crew is required to show up 2x per week (assume 8-hour days but likely less once up and running, and seasonal demands will shift hours as required).
Scope of Services
Lawn care: mowing (weekly Mar–Oct, as needed Nov–Feb), edging, weed control, fertilization, watering, clipping disposal.
Shrubs, vines, ground cover: pruning, edging, fertilization, weed & pest control, watering, debris cleanup.
Tree care: pruning up to 15 feet, tree supports & stake adjustments (removal of worn/extra stakes). Trees above 15’ billed as extra.
Irrigation system management: monthly cycle test, clock programming, adjustments, written reports, repair work billed separately.
Walkways & pathways: regular cleaning, debris removal.
Bioswale management: pruning and functionality upkeep.
Monthly review: walkthrough and reporting with owner’s representative
