A luxury condominium in San Mateo is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance individual to perform basic maintenance duties and to work for a Company that is employee and resident oriented. Join our team and make a difference!
If you have technical and mechanical skills and see yourself maintaining a luxury property, then this is the right place for you! By maintaining all equipment and residential units, the Service Technician will apply current and gained knowledge to display a luxurious and inviting community.
The Key Responsibilities:
Completion of resident work orders.
Upkeep of the grounds, amenities (pools, etc.), and BBQ grills
Basic knowledge of equipment functions, appliances and ladders
Ensure all equipment is in working condition
Communicate with the Service Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property
Servicing requests that result in working both in and outdoors
Exceptional safety skills
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 2 years general plumbing, electrical and appliance experience
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must provide validate CA Driver's License along with state required auto insurance upon hire
