Construction Manager/Superintendent
We are seeking a construction manager/superintendent to work on small construction projects on a per- project basis. Typical contract durations are 1-8 weeks. This position does not require you to be at the jobsite 8 hours a day, but you will have to visit the project once a day, at a minimum, to get firsthand information about the job, and then plan accordingly. Once you’ve proven yourself, we will let you run 2-3 projects simultaneously.
Typically, you will manage and guide a person who will be at the jobsite full time, a jobsite foreman. This person will follow your orders explicitly. You will have to plan and coordinate a project’s jobsite execution with a project manager and closely watch subcontractor progress.
Construction managing and superintendent experience is required.
