We are looking for a hard-working, honest person to perform custodial/janitorial work and light maintenance at a San Francisco Synagogue.
Our expectation is for two days per week (possibly Monday and Friday) with flexible hours. Some additional times and days may be needed on occasion, therefore some flexibility regarding scheduling would be preferred.
The desired candidate will have an:
Ability to read, write and follow simple oral and written instructions (communicate effectively in English)
Experience using and maintaining custodial equipment
Understanding of safety issues related to custodial work, as well as personal and public safety
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Must have clean background as we do very extensive background checks.
