We are a small family business looking for a hard-working individual to add to our team.
This job will consist of delivering and installing appliances to customers' homes.
No previous appliance installation experience is required, we will provide training.
Job Functions & Qualifications:
Must have a valid CA driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a large box truck.
Must be able to lift 100 pounds, as you will be moving large appliances. This is not just a driving job.
Work as part of a two-person team to make deliveries.
Prepare, load, and unload appliances and equipment into trucks for delivery and removal.
This position requires you to be able to deliver and install large household Appliances (Washers, Dryers, Ovens, Ranges, Dishwashers, Cooktops, and Microwaves) and handle them properly.
Connecting water and gas lines and always double-checking installations for leaks.
Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate appliances and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain paperwork to record deliveries.
You will be required to maintain warehouse inventory and keep the area clean and organized.
Monthly cardboard, and garbage hauling to local dumps.
Willingness to work hard and work in an easygoing environment.
No experience is needed; we will provide the necessary training.
