I'm 24 years old living with family in San Ramon and looking for caregivers to cover daytime and nighttime shifts. Overnight shifts also offered. Specific shift times will be determined in the interview stage, as currently all hours are available. If you are looking for live-in positions, please do not apply.
Paid only through In Home Support Services (IHSS) and Waiver Personal Care Services (WPCS), which is $18.43 an hour in Contra Costa County. We will guide you through the process of registering with them if you aren't already. Both programs do full back-pay to compensate for any delays in payment.
Job can include, but is not limited to:
- help bathing
- help transfer to and from my wheelchair, the toilet chair, and my bed using a battery-powered Hoyer lift (extremely easy to learn to use, not complicated)
- help dressing
- help prepare food
- light housework
- transportation via OUR wheelchair-accessible van (must submit to a driving background check)
