My business is looking for a reliable, hard-working laborer to join our team. We provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and pressure washing services throughout the Bay Area.
Experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right person.
You should:
Be comfortable working at heights (ladders and roofs)
Be able to lift heavy equipment
Be in good physical condition
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
I’m looking for someone who can grow with the business. If you show leadership skills, there’s potential to move into a management role as I focus more on business operations.
Pay:
Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience
Increases based on performance, reliability, and learning speed
Management opportunities can earn $40/hour+
